Congratulations to Dr. Kathie Hullfish on her promotion from Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Associate Professor of Urology to Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Professor of Urology on July 1, 2017. Dr. Hullfish is a member of the Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery division and the associate chief medical officer for peri-operative services at the UVA Healthsystem.
