Mary Kwiecinski, CNM, MSN, RN was named a 2017 March of Dimes Nurse of the Year. Kwiecinski was honored in the category of Advanced Practice Nurse. She received the award on November 9th at the annual Nurse of the Year Awards Gala in Richmond, VA.
Nurse of the Year is a statewide award that recognizes exceptional nurses, who are an integral part of the March of Dimes’ mission for stronger, healthier babies.
Kwiecinski serves as the Director of UVa Midwifery Services at the University of Virginia Health System. She has been a Certified Nurse Midwife for 10 years in the state of Virginia.
