Sara Pierpoint, MD
Ob Gyn Resident
Dr. Sara Pierpoint grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended Duke University for her undergraduate degree before returning to her hometown for medical school at the University of Cincinnati. She is excited to train as an OBGYN at UVA. Some of her specific interests include contraception access and women’s health education.
Outside of the hospital, she loves to run, listen to audiobooks, cook, and hike with her husband James and her dog Levi. Dr. Pierpoint and her husband are very excited to explore Charlottesville and make it their new home!
