SOM Faculty Research Retreat 2017 – Poster Request

Please use this form to propose a poster for presentation at the 2017 retreat.  We currently are planning for a single poster session, on Friday, February 3, 2017.  Only if there is substantial overflow will we hold a second poster session, on the evening of February 4.  Please complete all fields.
