Abstract
Among all scientific disciplines, parapsychology holds a special place between recognition and disavowal. In France, unlike in other countries (USA, UK, Germany), the representations that circulate about it are mainly fed by erroneous or dated information.
It is from this observation and with the aim of developing this discipline in France that the project of this book was born, which presents the different dimensions and fields of application of parapsychology conceived on a transdisciplinary basis, involving about fifteen university researchers and international experts.
