Congratulations to Kathryn Marqueen, undergraduate trainee in Norbert Leitinger‘s lab, for receiving a scholarship from the Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship and Excellence in Education Foundation! Kathryn is a third-year student studying Chemistry and Economics and her research involves examining the role of the protein-disabled homolog 2 (Dab2) in the development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through the regulation of inflammation.
