Congratulations to Abigail Wolpe, who was awarded an NIH F31 – Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award

Abigail Wolpe was recently awarded an NIH F31, an Individual Predoctoral Fellowship from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) which began on 8/1/19.  Abby is a Cell Biology degree candidate in lab of Brant Isakson. Her research focuses on uncovering the role of Pannexin 3 in the vascular endothelium, with particular interest in its contribution to systemic blood pressure regulation.
