Database of human broadly expressed genes (Excel table)
The database is derived from that of Hounkpe et al. (2021) in Nucleic Acids Research vol. 49, pages D947-D955 with some minor updating. The gene length, chromosome number and expression level are included in the table.
Database of human tissue-specific genes (Excel table)
Each entry shows the name of a human gene that is expressed only in the indicated tissue and not others. The database was curated at the University of Virginia and contains about 500 genes. For each gene the database indicates the gene name, chromosome number, tissue where the gene is expressed, and the expression level (in TPM). Use the exp2 column for expression level.
