CRConnect 1 Sundowning

The CTU is happy to report that it has been just over one year since CRConnect 2 went live.  Over the last year, the CRConnect Support team has worked tirelessly to train study teams and to optimize the system.

As of February 1, 2025, new studies cannot be entered into CRConnect 1. Studies that have already been entered into CRConnect 1 have until Monday, March 31 to be submitted to the IRB.

Key Points:

• Any study started in CRConnect 1 but not submitted to the IRB by March 31st must be restarted in Protocol Builder and submitted through CRConnect 2 after this date.
• If you have studies in CRConnect 1 that you do not plan to submit or no longer need, please email CRConnectsupport@uvahealth.org to request study abandonment.
• CRConnect 2 training is available through WorkDay on Tuesdays at 2pm and Thursdays at 10am.
