DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO 14TH STREET & WERTLAND GARAGE and WALKING TO PINN
Take U.S. 29 South. Upon reaching Charlottesville, go past the U.S. 250 Bypass and remain on 29 South Business (Emmet Street). After passing University Hall move to the left lane. At the intersection of University Avenue and Ivy Road (the Cavalier Inn is on the corner), turn left onto University Avenue. Pass the University of Virginia Rotunda and proceed to the traffic light at the railroad bridge overpass. Turn left onto 14th Street. Take the first right and the parking facility will be on the right.
Take U.S. 29 North. Upon reaching Charlottesville, take the U.S. 29 North Business exit and turn right when coming off the exit ramp onto Fontaine Avenue. Follow the signs to the Medical Center/University Hospital. Go through two traffic lights – the street becomes Jefferson Park Avenue. Proceed to the light at the intersection. Bear right to continue on Jefferson Park Avenue. Follow the street past the 2 overpasses and past the entrance to the Medical Center parking garages. Get into the left lane, and turn left at the intersection onto University Avenue (the Graduate Hotel is on the corner). Proceed to the first traffic light and turn right onto 14th Street. Take the first right and the parking facility will be on the right.
Take I-64 Exit 118B for U.S. 29 North / 250 Bypass. Take the first exit – U.S. 29 North Business. Turn right when coming off the exit ramp onto Fontaine Avenue. Follow the signs to the Medical Center/University Hospital. Go through two traffic lights – the street becomes Jefferson Park Avenue. Proceed to the light at the T-intersection. Bear right to continue on Jefferson Park Avenue. Follow the street past the 2 overpasses and past the entrance to the Medical Center parking garages. Get into the left lane, and turn left at the intersection onto University Avenue (the Graduate Hotel is on the corner). Proceed to the first traffic light and turn right onto 14th Street. Take the first right and the parking facility will be on the right.
Walking to Pinn Hall Conference Center from 14th Street Garage
Take 14th Street back to University Avenue. Turn left and walk past the Graduate Hotel. Cross at the intersection and walk down Jefferson Park Avenue (JPA), past the University Children’s hospital and under the railroad overpass. At the next intersection at Lee Street, cross and continue on JPA going under two overpasses. Turn left at Lane Road and proceed downhill, Pinn Hall Conference Center entrance will be on your left. Enter and follow the signs to the conference.

Important Reminder – Conference parking for activities at the UVA Health System is LIMITED to the 14th Street Parking Garage. The Medical Center garages are for patients ONLY.
