Research Description
I am broadly interested in bacterial pathogenesis and host responses to infection. My research seeks to characterize mechanisms of innate and adaptive immunity to Clostridioides difficile infection as well as therapeutic mechanisms underlying fecal microbial transplantation (FMT).
