Pedagogical innovation in undergraduate biology
Research Description
Following postdoctoral work with CIC Professors Slingluff and Hahn, I moved to the Department of Biology where I have been teaching Introduction to Immunology (Biol 3240) and Biological Therapy of Cancer (Biol 4390) since 1998. I also teach the cell biology and genetics semester of Introduction to Biology (Biol 2100), Microbiology lab (Biol 3270), and a small seminar for first semester undergrads titled, Why Haven’t We Cured Cancer? (COLA 1500).
