Research Description
Investigation of protein expression profiles of primarily gynecologic tumors by
immunohistochemical methods and with the use of tissue microarrays.
Application of these methods to guide inclusion of patients in trials evaluating
the immunogenicity of cancer-associated peptides. Particular tumors being studied
include high-grade ovarian and endometrial carcinomas.
Assessing the influence on rate and types renal allograft rejection using a
new immunosuppressive regimen. Investigating whether markers identified in the
course of microarray profiling of renal allograft biopsies, indeed prove useful
as predictors of poor allograft survival.
