Enteric diseases, molecular diagnostics and infectious disease epidemiology.
Research Description
My research focuses on the application of quantitative molecular diagnostics to the epidemiology of enteric diseases in children in developing countries, including revising estimates of pathogen-specific burdens of diarrhea and understanding the impact of early enteric infections on child growth and development.
