About
The Genetically Engineered Murine Model (GEMM) Core was established in 1992 and has been supporting animal model research for more than 30 years. This is a labor-intensive core that requires specially trained staff to deliver time-consuming services. This is also a highly rewarding core to the researchers due to the scientific value of using animals for in vivo studies. GEMM currently utilizes the state-of-art CRISPR technology, places emphasis on creating human disease models and supports translational research.
