MIC Postdoc Leadership Team 2025-2026
Leadership Team Mission
We aim to create a community for postdoctoral fellows within the UVA MIC department. We lead postdoctoral initiatives and action, including welcoming new postdocs, facilitating interactions with MIC faculty, supporting and refining ideas for professional development (grant applications, presentations, interviewing, etc.), and promoting MIC postdocs at various professional meetings. The committee organizes monthly get-togethers that cover a wide range of activities.
