Multiplex ELISA and Analysis with the Isoplexis System
The MITS Core offers comprehensive services to run multiplex ELISA and single-cell secrotome assays and analyses for investigators. The Isoplexis System enable two types of cytokine analyses.
The first-termed bulk cytokine ELISA is a bulk analysis approach where secreted cytokines are analyzed from sera or media in a multiplexed fashion with panels that can identify multiple cytokine targets from a single sample (bulk cytokine ELISA assay).
The second-termed single cell secretome assay is a single cell analysis approach where, cells are individually seeded, and each cell is analyzed for its production of secreted cytokines with 30+ analytes being evaluated.

An additional component needed for the cell secretome assay is cell stimulation and cell purification via Miltenyi bead purification (Miltenyi Biotec), the MITS Core offers these services as well.
Mutliplex ELISA specimens are run on the Isoplexis Instrument located in the Spatial Biology Core.
