Multiplex RNAScope Imaging and Analysis

The MITS Core offers services for image acquisition and analysis of RNAScope stained slides.

Specifically, the MITS Core offers a Vectra microscope, which can acquire whole slide images of RNAScope/Opal dye-stained slides and Halo digital software that can be used for the analysis of slides interrogated for RNA expression.

ACDBio offers comprehensive reagents for multliplex RNAScope assays, visualized with Opal dyes (Akoya Biosciences).
