Vlad Serbulea Receives SFRBM YIA

Congratulations to Pharmacology Ph.D. Candidate Vlad Serbulea (Leitinger Lab) whose oral presentation entitled “Oxidized Phospholipids are Novel Instigators of Mitochondrial Dysfunction” earned him the  Society for Free Radical Biology and Medicine (SFRBM) 2014 Young Investigator Award (YIA) in November, 2014. Vlad also received from SFRBM a “mini-fellowship,”  which will allow him to study mass spectrometry at Vanderbilt for a few weeks. Way to go, Vlad!
