Dr. Nolan Wages is the Principal Investigator of a recently awarded NIH/NCI R01 entitled “Dose-finding designs for late-onset toxicities.” This project aims to develop novel early-phase clinical trial designs that adaptively use late-onset toxicities to guide dose assignments and more accurately define the overall tolerance of the treatment.
