Congratulations to our residents on receiving multiple awards in 2023

Congratulations to our PGY 3 resident Ally Deal, MD on receiving the 2023 Arnold P. Gold Resident Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award! This award is given by the School of Medicine 2023 and 2024 classes. This is an impressive achievement considering all the different teachers that medical students encounter.

Chief Resident Perry Bradford, MD received a $2,000 travel scholarship to attend the 2023 Women Plastic Surgeons (WPS) Symposium in Charleston, SC in the early part of February. Perry was able to connect with UVA Plastic Surgery alum Heather McMahon at the conference!
