Emily Jordan, MD
Surgery Resident
Medical School: University of Virginia
I grew up in Wichita, Kansas and completed my undergraduate at the University of Kansas. For medical school I decided to try something different and ended up at the University of Virginia (UVA). I had a great time on my surgery rotations here and ultimately decided to stay for residency. The culture here is great, I absolutely love Charlottesville and I am excited to continue my training at UVA.
When I have free time I love getting outside to play soccer or tennis, or go hiking. On most Saturdays you will find me at the Charlottesville Farmers Market enjoying a delicious breakfast sandwich. When I have vacation time I am always trying to get to the mountains and ski.
