My research background primarily focuses on fermentation and enzyme engineering. I have expertise in various areas, including recombinant protein expression, purification, and enzymatic activity analysis. Additionally, I have experience in the biochemical characterization of carbohydrate-active enzymes and analyzing products derived from enzyme-catalyzed reactions. Currently, my research interests revolve around the development of genetically encoded biosensors and their applications.
