Samantha is a second year student at the University of Virginia pursuing a degree in Biochemistry. She joined the Center for Behavioral Health and Technology in the fall of 2017 as a research assistant through the University Internship Program at UVA. Through researching at the CBHT, Samantha hopes to gain experience in patient interaction and data collection and analysis within several internet intervention projects. She plans to attend medical school after college in hopes of becoming a physician. In her free time, Samantha enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and rock climbing.
