Laura Kolbe MD, Hook Scholar in the graduating class of 2016, is now an instructor in medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York. A longtime writer, Laura published prose and poetry throughout her residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. In July 2019, she published book reviews in The Wall Street Journal and The New York Review of Books.
