[Pinn Hall, rm 2-ABC] In this class, we will explore research on why women don’t negotiate as often or as well as our male counterparts, and what happens when we do or do not negotiate. You will learn some common barriers to negotiating and speaking up, and you’ll enhance your personal toolbox with ways to move past these barriers. You will leave equipped to stand up for yourself and ask for what you need.
