If you are tasked with requesting access for an external Clinical Monitor through ServiceNow, it is crucial that before submitting a ticket you check to see if that monitor is already in the system. This will help reduce the volume of requests that are submitted to ServiceNow and potentially speed up your monitoring visit prep.
