MIC Conference Rooms

Micro Library Pinn Hall 7006 – stationary computer available, connect laptop w/ HDMI cable, projector available, remote/video conferencing/zoom available (about 30 people max.)

Wagner Room Pinn Hall 7014  – use own laptop, HDMI connection and wireless projecting available,  project to screen, remote/video conferencing/zoom available (about 8-10 max.)

Room 7100 Pinn Hall 7100  – use own laptop, HDMI connection and wireless projecting available,  project to screen, remote/video conferencing/ZOOM available (about 15 max.)

Room 7311 Pinn Hall 7311 – use own laptop, HDMI connection is available, ZOOM capability (about 6-8 max.)

There are 2 conference rooms on the 4th floor that we can use if available:  

• Import the room calendars into your outlook and check availability – search for:

  SOM-Pinn Hall, Room 4086

  SOM-Pinn Hall, Room 4315

• Contact Kim Pate or Eileen Trainum for reservations.

Room 4315 capacity: about 8 – projector – pick up key to room in 4316

Room 4086 capacity: about 15 – projector – get info for door code in room 4316
