What do you like about being a nephrology fellow at UVA? To me, UVA provides a supportive environment with strong mentorship, where I can take ownership of patient care while continuing to develop into independent practice.
Favorite things to do in Charlottesville: Exploring local coffee shops, walking in parks, and trying different restaurants.
Favorite nephrology trivia: Kidneys receive 20-25% of cardiac output, despite being 0.5% of body weight.
If you had to pick a fictional world to live in, what would it be? (Literary or television): The world of Sherlock Holmes for its focus on deduction, analytical thinking, and complex problem solving.
If you could have dinner with a celebrity, dead or alive, who would it be? Tom Cruise, to know his secret for being so young-looking and fit.

Favorite nephrology trivia: Despite their size, kidneys receive 20% of the blood supply, small organs with a huge sense of importance.
If you had to pick a fictional world to live in, what would it be? (Literary or television)Scooby Doo for solving mysteries and not missing out on the fun part.
If you could have dinner with a celebrity, dead or alive, who would it be? Roger Federer for his sheer elegance, class, and calm temperament even in high-pressure situations.

What do you like about being a nephrology fellow at UVA? Quality of Work, the people here are genuinely good, and the environment is so supportive that we learn every day.

If you had to pick a fictional world to live in, what would it be? The Mission Impossible world.

What do you like about being a fellow? Being surrounded by awesome colleagues and
mentors who are always available.

million.

What do you like about being a nephrology fellow at UVA?
You feel like you are part of a close-knit family. Everybody looks out for one another and is always willing to help. Not to mention, all the attendings are incredibly nice, very knowledgeable, and always willing to teach.
Favorite things to do in Charlottesville:
The food scene is impressive; there are too many places to mention, and we still have many places to try. Over 40 wineries, and there are a lot of niche dive bars and distilleries as well.
Favorite nephrology trivia:
Will state a joke instead of trivia: what do nephrologists say to non-compliant patients? Urine trouble!
Fictional world of choice:
Take me to New Zealand, and put me in the Lord of the Rings world.
Celebrity dinner guest: Ryan Reynolds, hopefully in the character of Deadpool. Costume optional.
