Faculty Mentors
Personalized Mentoring
A solid personalized mentoring program exists for Nephrology fellow advancement. Each fellow is assigned a clinic mentor, a clinical Core Faculty Advocate, and a research mentor to guide them through research. The fellows’ progress is monitored closely using milestones, and assistance is provided when needed to achieve individual goals. Formal Meetings with the Faculty Advocate occur at three and nine months, with a report submitted to the Clinical Competency Committee.
