Public Health Sciences – IT Support

Personnel assigned to the Department of Public Health Sciences may call upon the department’s Systems Administrator, Bill Woolfolk, for IT support. This includes consultation, specification, and purchasing of new computer systems and associated peripherals and accessories; troubleshooting specific computing issues; discussion of UVA computing resources, including where to store highly sensitive data, as well as more mundane issues such as how to accomplish specific tasks in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook.
