On September 23, 2020, Dr. Kimberly Penberthy gave the initial UVA Radiology Keynote Lecture Series presentation entitled “Resilience in Healthcare.” This lecture focused on understanding the risk factors for stress in healthcare and the negative impact of such on healthcare providers. The program included feedback on current levels of stress in the department and strategies to help address and mitigate such stress, with a focus on resilience.
