Bruce Hillman, MD
On Thursday, April 5, 2024, a virtual memorial will be held to celebrate the life of former Department Chair Bruce J. Hillman, MD.
Dr. Hillman, who passed away on January 9, 2024, served as the fifth chair of the University of Virginia’s Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging from 1992 to 2003. He left a sizeable impact both at the UVA as well as the broader medical community, which can be read about here.
The memorial has been organized by Dr. Hillman’s son Aaron, and will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. over Zoom. Attendees can feel free to contribute a few words, or simply join in the celebration of life.
