Peer Review

Ensuring Diagnostic AccuracyWill Kerner Photography DSC_0303

The Department offers peer review services to measure diagnostic accuracy that meets the ACR standards for ongoing practice-based evaluation.  We read your images without review of the previous report, and then compare to come up with the following assessment:

  • Concur with interpretation
  • Discrepancy in interpretation/not ordinarily expected to be made (understandable miss)
  • Discrepancy in interpretation/should be made most of the time
  • Discrepancy in interpretation/should be made almost every time – misinterpretation of finding (unlikely to be clinically significant OR likely to be clinically significant)

We are committed to extending our clinical expertise, technology, and education to help ensure the highest level of patient care at your organization.
