Dr. Dania Cyd Chastain, PhD, is a leading clinical psychologist specializing in pain management and opioid stewardship at the University of Virginia. She serves as an Associate Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology within the Division of Pain Medicine.
As the Founding Director of the Office of Pain Management and Opioid Stewardship, Dr. Chastain plays a pivotal role in advancing evidence-based pain management strategies and responsible opioid prescribing practices.
