Our anesthesia critical care fellows and faculty recently attended the 2024 Society of Critical Care Medicine Annual Congress. It was a fantastic educational experience, and an opportunity for faculty and fellows to socialize outside of the hospital.
Danny Theodore, MD and CCM Fellow Ben Alexander, MD hosted a wonderful Cross Talk Presentation on the topic of volatile anesthetics in the ICU. There was a lot of team building/bonding over Mexican food and margaritas, and the team even had the opportunity to try out a self-driving Waymo vehicle!
