You may be eligible if you have insomnia symptoms, mild cognitive changes, and regular computer and Internet access. The entire study will take place online and over the phone. Participants may use a free online cognitive behavioral therapy program over 2-3 months to improve sleep.
The study involves an initial assessment and then 5 follow-up assessments at 9-weeks, 6-months, 12-months, 18-months, and 24-months. Each assessment includes questions related to sleeping habits and a cognitive function test. Each assessment is estimated to take 60-90 minutes to complete.
