This UVA Comprehensive Cancer Center funding opportunity provides complementary support for IITs. Funds are intended to support infrastructure (e.g., Protocol Development Team, Clinical Research Coordinator time) and correlative science when other study support does not cover all anticipated costs (for example, small internal grants or grants funded by an external source but the budget was reduced by the funding agency). Applications are accepted year-round but will be reviewed three times per year: April, August, and December.
Award: Up to $100,000 (direct costs only) for 1 year.
Eligibility: Principal investigator must be a Cancer Center member.
