CRX Program Welcomes John Wagner, MD
The Cancer Center welcomes John Wagner, MD, Professor of Hematology and Oncology.
Dr. Wagner’s research interests include hematopoietic stem cell graft content and manipulation, T-cell therapy for treating infections, plasma cell disorders, multiple myeloma, and graft-versus-host diseases. His educational interests include quality aspects of cellular therapy.
Dr. Wagner earned his BA in chemistry/biochemistry from Temple University. He then earned his MD from Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center, and his fellowship in hematology and oncology at the University of Washington Fred Hutchinson Comprehensive Cancer Center.
In his spare time, he enjoys running and philately, the collection and study of postage stamps and postage stamp history. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Wagner!
