Claudette is an Outreach and Engagement specialist within the Cancer Center’s Community Outreach and Engagement team. Before joining UVA Claudette worked in the community development field as an urban planner. She has also worked as a community organizer and spent several years focusing on community outreach in underserved communities. She holds a Master’s of Planning degree from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from the University of Connecticut. In her spare time, Claudette enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering in the community, cooking and gardening.
