Elliott Pryor

Ph.D. Candidate

Elliott Pryor graduated with dual degrees in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Montana State University in 2022. He is a 2021 Goldwater Scholar and joined the Center for Diabetes Technology as a Ph.D. student in 2022. His research interests are in developing algorithms to support individualized decisions and care. He is specifically focused on applying machine learning, statistical methods, and other optimization techniques primarily for Type 1 Diabetes.

Professional activities: Interested in developing algorithms to create individualized solutions. Specifically interested in machine learning, run to run techniques, statistical analysis, and other optimization techniques.

Personal activities: Soccer referee, hiking, camping, rock climbing, and reading (mostly sci-fi and fantasy).
