Professional Activities:
Caiah first joined UVA in 2008 as a Licensed Massage Therapist for Intermural Sports, UVA Rec.   In 2012, she worked with University Physicians Group (UPG) for four years. In 2015, she then joined the Vice President for Student Affairs Finance Team. After working there for eight years, she pivoted and joined the CDT in December 2023 as a Finance Generalist. She helps the Center with developing and implementing accurate, timely, and complete budget and accounting documents, spreadsheets, and templates. Caiah maintains financial records for department funds, following University and departmental policies and procedures, and maintains all documentation and records to meet audit requirements. She also oversees the preparation of purchase orders and payment vouchers and ensures that bills are paid promptly so the department complies with the University’s requirements.

Personal Activities:
In Caiah’s free time she enjoys playing the piano, collecting and playing video games, and tinkering with electronics and computer coding.
