Positions

The Sheynkman lab is always looking for new potential members who are as enthusiastic about disease proteomics as we are. We are highly interdisciplinary and like to ask “stupid questions” to learn every day. We span the computational and experimental realms. To solve problems in the field of “disease proteoform biology”, we integrate approaches from human disease genetics, transcriptomics, proteomics, chemistry, network biology, and systems biology. If you think you may be a good fit, please send Gloria your CV and a brief email describing your background and interests. If you are a potential graduate student, please note that all students need to apply and be accepted on a competitive basis to the BIMS program at UVA or other graduate programs such as UVA Chemistry or BME.
