Lifestyle Coach Training
VCDPE’s Lifestyle Coach Training (LCT) provides Lifestyle Coaches with the knowledge, skills, and experience to effectively facilitate the National DPP Lifestyle Change Program.
All VCDPE Lifestyle Coach Trainings include:
- Training materials, including topic-specific Resource Guides
- Facilitation from experienced Master Trainers
- Ongoing technical assistance and support, updating you on CDC’s newest materials
- Small class – trainer to coach ratio (7:1) for individual attention
- Certificate of Completion
- Continuing professional education units

Training Schedule
- August: Virtual LCT on August 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
- September: Virtual LCT on September 14th, 19th, 21st, and 26th from 12 noon – 2:00 pm
- October: Virtual LCT on October 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
- November: Virtual LCT on November 1st, 6th, 8th, and 13th from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- December: Virtual LCT on December 7th and 8th from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
