Hobbies/Outside Interests: I love refinishing Growing heirloom tomatoes, baking, visiting local wineries, and home renovation projects.

Favorite things about/to do/to eat in Charlottesville: I enjoy spending time with friends at one of the many nearby vineyards, and trying new restaurants. My favorite vineyards are: Gabrielle Rausse, Blenheim, Eastwood. My favorite fancy food: C&O My favorite burger: Jack Brown’s

Why did you choose UVA? The people of course! It was also a good opportunity to move closer to my sister.

Anesthesiology Interests:  Regional, OB

Favorite Rotation:  I really enjoyed OB Anesthesia. It was incredibly rewarding to watch women’s labor pains disappear.

What’s the best piece of career advice you ever got?:  Never stop learning and being curious.
