Jinghang Xie, PhD, Joins Cancer Center Research Faculty

The Cancer Center welcomes Assistant Professor of Molecular Physiology and Biological Physics Jinghang Xie, PhD, to its Cancer Biology Program.

Dr. Xie’s research interests include molecular imaging and cancer immunology. He is the founder of UVA’s ImagInnovation Lab, where he leads a multidisciplinary research team at the interface of chemistry, biology and medicine. His lab is dedicated to developing novel imaging tools to visualize and study biological processes within the human body.

Dr. Xie earned his PhD in Pharmaceutical and Chemical Sciences from the University of the Pacific. He completed his postdoctoral research fellowship at Stanford University. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Xie to the Cancer Center!
