Reservations

• If you would like to reserve one of our two conference rooms, please email Jim Baker
• We require a two-week notice for ANY request.  Typically,  we can’t accommodate a request within a few day’s notice.
• If you would like to reserve space in the Clinical Skills Center for your event, please use this form: Facility Reservation Request You WILL be able to request Standardized Patients using this form.
• If you would like to hire Standardized Patients for your event but do NOT need to reserve space in the Clinical Skills Center, please use this form: Standardized Patient Request

Please note that reservations are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation from a CSC staff member.
