The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is on October 26, 2019. National Take-Back Day is a safe, convenient, and responsible way to dispose of unused or expired prescription drugs.

Interesting in quitting tobacco? Join the UVA Cancer Center and other local organizations for the Great American Smokeout. This free event, will help you create a personalized plan for quitting while getting to check out community resources that may support you in your attempt. Learn helpful tips on nutrition, physical activity and stress management. Free chair massages and ear acupuncture will also be available. Drop in anytime between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The Southwest Virginia CCWW Community Advisory Board is hosting its annual Leadership Retreat for board members on November 21-22 in Charlottesville, Virginia.
