This event provides an opportunity for community members to dispose of prescription drugs currently in their home to help prevent misuse by family members or others who may be in the home. This event is free to the public.

Mobile Cancer Screening Event Friday, May 20th, from 9 am – 2 pm at the Christiansburg Recreation Center Parking Lot.
- Get screenings for skin, head, neck & oral cancers
- Schedule an appointment with UVA Mobile Mammography at 434-297-5202 by May 12
- Educational booth on cancer prevention and treatment for lung, breast and colorectal cancers
