Providing general cancer screening information and navigation services to community members during EFN food distribution.

To provide health, legal, and community services to community members who are returning from incarceration. COE will be providing cancer screening navigation services and connecting attendees with local resources.

Providing cancer screening navigation services with a monthly educational focus on certain cancer types and/or cancer prevention information. A COE Navigation Team member will be present to provide cancer-related navigation services.
